What are your shipping options?
Shipping is simple. Reverie boutique offers $5 shipping on all U.S. orders up to $99 and FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (pre-tax)! Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once they are processed they will reach their destination in 2-4 business days.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control. All packages valued over $500 will require a signature with delivery.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship next business day after the order has been placed! We’ll email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships. For shipping from our boutique, processing may take up to two business days.
What is your Return Policy?
Effective 2/26/18- Reverie Boutique will offer FREE returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders.
At Reverie Boutique, we understand that sometimes things are better left in a daydream. We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.
Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.
All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days from original order date.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Other non-returnable items are: Sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks, Bath Products, and Beauty Accessories.
Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact email@example.com for assistance.
Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my return be processed?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving them. Please record your tracking information to see when it arrives.
If you need a return label please contact email@example.com. We will send a confirmation email when your store credit is available.
How do I return my merchandise?
We offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise! Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return.
- Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
- Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.
- Attach the Free prepaid label (e-mailed to you) to your packaging and take to your nearest Post Office.

Please allow 5- 7 business days for processing once your return is received. A confirmation email will be sent once your store credit is available.
How does the exchange process work?
If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, you may go ahead and place a new order for that item. You will receive free shipping from our boutique for the new item and we will issue a REFUND back to your original payment form for that item when your return is processed. All other returns are for store credit only.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! We have two options you can take to exchange your item for a new size.
Our inventory moves quickly, so we recommend purchasing the new size now. Return the original size to us within 20 days of ordering for a refund.
Return the unwanted size to us, note the exchange on your invoice, and we’ll ship the new one. A credit will be issued if the item has sold out.
Please be aware that sale items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are making room for new pieces in the boutique!
